Bright golden colour with aromas of ripe apples. Soft mouthfeel and low acidity with a refreshing fruity finish. Very easy to drink, a real thirst quencher and great session material – to be drunk on a night out. Gently sparkling.

Bottle shared. Slight hazy pale straw. Sweet and tart apple, soft pear, yoghurt, gooseberries, kiwi, dry green apple peel. Over medium sweet but also some sourness, quite light bitter. Medium bodied with sparkly carbonation and puckering dry-ish mouthfeel.

Bottle. Straw-golden, clear, low foam. Aroma: sourish + sweet apple, clean and fairly refined. Taste: apple, a little bit sour, but more sweet apples, and not too dry, a little metallic, softly.

Tap. Clear golden color with no head. Aroma is nutty, apple skin, woody. Taste is nutty, apple skin, tasty apples. Medium carbonation. Tasty, but totally weird - nearly like a sherry. I like sherry.

Aus der Flasche im Loch Ness Pub Berlin im 2017-07 getrunken. Wunderbare Apfelnote wo die Säure durch eine honigartige Süsse eingefangen wird. Vollmundig und Lecker.
