100ml tap at BBF. Slightly cloudy, dark red colour with small to average, frothy, diminishing, off-white head. Tart-ish and sweet-ish, fruity raspberry aroma. Taste is tart fruity, notes of raspberry, fruit acid, a minimally funky and woody touch, sweet fruity counterbalance. Well balanced, pleasant tartness.

[ As Stamm Beer Winterfell - Raspberry ].Clear medium red color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is wood, raspberry, sweet raspberry, tart raspberry, light barnyard - funky. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, raspberry, sweet raspberry, tart raspberry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Keg at Malmo Taproom. It pours clear deep red with a small white head. The aroma is sweet, tangy, sour, fresh raspberry, tangy, sour candy and vitoria sponge. The taste is crisp, tart, tangy, sour, raspberry, cranberry, sour candy, citric acidity, raspberry compote, lactic, vinous and granny smith apple with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Juicy, tart and tangy. Very tasty.
