Pours clear, dark copperbrown. Medium sized, creamy white head. scent is mild, some caramel / dark bread, but very mellow. Taste is full, though. Caramel, dark bread, very grainy, notes of roastyness (chocolate) . Assertive bitterness, not powerfull, but enough to balance the beer and give it quite the kick, preventing it to be overly sweet en exhausting. Medium to medium high carbonation lifts it up further, without being too much. This one is all about balance. Though it might not be a 'grab you by the balls' kindof beer, this is a very suitable drinkin' beer, and a well made style example.
