Keg at BD Aberdeen. It pours hazy red with a small white head. The aroma is fragrant, floral, elderflower, elderberry, fiizy gooseberry funky, light vanilla, oak, brioche with icing sugar The taste is crisp, dry, tart, berry skin, gooseberry, red berry, elderberry, slight vinous character, floral, puckering and a touch of acidity with a dry finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Nice depth and balance. Tasty.

Intensely, mouth-puckeringly tart. Really refreshing, tons from the gooseberry and a nice hit from the barolo barrels
