Bottle at home, thanks to James, 09/03/19. Hazed amber with a reddish glint topped with an off white cap. Nose is stoned fruits, green berry must, funk, straw, elderflower cordial. Taste comprises elderflower, light white peppery spice, green berry skins, tangy citric shreds, grains, funk. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced puckering climax. Decent sour.

Bottle. Wine Rack, Sharrow, Sheffield. Hazed, pale pinky amber colour. Thin, blotchy, glossy topped, off white head. Nose has brett. Oak. Vanilla. Tart fruit. Gooseberry. New leather. Taste is tart, dry and slightly sweet. Crisp and clean mouthfeel. Sharp, fine carbonation. Fairly drying. Slightly tart. Light acidity. Nice balance of sweet and tart to finish.

Keg at The Rake, Borough. Tart gooseberry aroma. Hazy blood orange in colour. Creamy white head. Medium-heavy sourness. Tart. But it works. The gooseberries come through. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. As mentioned it doesn't overdo things and almost feel it should be more sour. But I still enjoyed it.
