Anniversary IPA – «Юбилейный ИПА» - посвящён первому сорту в стиле Indian Pale Ale в современной России, сваренному на профессиональном оборудовании квалифицированными специалистами. Ровно 5 лет назад, морозным декабрем на пивоварне Knightberg увидела свет и была выпущена в массы Red Machine IPA.
Опыт и энтузиазм всегда подталкивали пивоваров Knightberg к самостоятельным экспериментам и в которые вовлекались интересующиеся и неравнодушные к пиву люди. В 2011 году принял приглашение участвовать в необычной варке домашний пивовар из Москвы Евгений Толстов. За отправную точку был взят рецепт, найденный им на просторах интернета и опробованный в домашних условиях. Мы вместе тщательно его переработали и адаптировали для заводской варки. Сегодня редкий случай, когда можно отправиться в путешествие на 5 лет назад и почувствовать разницу в развитии технологий, сравнив уже два разных сорта, эволюционировавшего с Евгением в его собственном проекте и сделанного нами как в первый раз, со старыми режимами варки, способами и нормами задачи хмеля, температурой брожения, временем выдержи.
4 вида хмеля: Amarillo, Centennial, Chinook, Columbus; 3 сорта специальных cолодов.

Draught @ [ Russian Craft Beer Festival ] - Taproom Malmö, Bergsgatan 33, Malmö, Sweden 21422. [ As Knightberg Anniversary IPA Red Machine - Professional Edition ].Unclear - hazy medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, sweet malt, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, sweet hops, fruity hops, orange, tangarine, riped fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, riped fruit, tangarin, orange, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20170128] 7-3-8-3-15

From tap. Pours cloudy to hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is toasted malty and light fruity. Smooth fruity. Crisp hoppy.fruity and grapefruity. Mellow fruity and fruity far finish.

Tap@Taproom Malmö, Malmö (28/01/2017) - amber coloured pour with off-white head. Sweet malty and fruity aroma and taste, some marmalade shred, sweet caramel and toffee, some piney and hoppy notes into the close.

Keg at Malmo Taproom. It pours clear amber with small off-white head. The aroma is sweet, sticky, pine, resin, oily, wood, toffee and dried fruits. The taste is crisp, dry, bitter, pine, resinous, leather, grass, orange peel, resin and mild alcohol with a dry, resinous finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Not bad at all for an amber ale. Decent.
