Bottle picked up directly from brewery, Attersee Seefeld/Steinbach am Attersee and consumed at home Wednesday 29th May 2024. Pours red/brown with a slim white head, there is a ruby hue to this. Light maltiness on the nose a little bit of toffee also. Caramel and toffee in the mouth, malty, a little bit sweet but pretty good.

Probably one of the best lagers from Austria I've ever head. Smooth. Thanks so much Michael!

Many thanks to Werckmeister for this bottle! Roasted bitter beginning. The beer is intense roasted, not too dry with hints of burned caramel. Smooth with and intense roasted-bitter background, not much hops there. The aftertaste is black burned caramel with hints of brown sugar in a very drinkable combination. Great stuff!

330ml bottle, from trade with das Werckmeister. Many thanks. Pours hazy brown, medium beige head. Nice caramelised malt aroma, some cocoa. Taste is caramel, light dark fruits, some earth but largely very smooth and goes down very quick indeed. Another please.
