On tap at Schiller Bräu, München, Saturday 11th May 2019. Pours gold with a white head. Another beer that for me is just a little too soft. I get some vanilla and a touch of toffee, it's the one beer that definitely has a little oomph. For me this again displays the Achilles heel with this brewery, I mean they're ok but they are soooo safe and afraid to rock the boat.

Growler, thanks jonas! Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is grainy, bready yeasts, a touch honeycomb. Taste is grainy, bready, nutty. Silky mouthfeel. Ok.

Rerate from tap: hazy golden. Aroma is bonbon caramel some grain good spelt very bready. Taste is quite sweet bready with a good bunch of caramel. Very round. On the edge of being enjoyable with all the sweetness but good nonetheless. Old rating with maybe bad condition: Clear golden with little white head. Aroma is mint leaves, slight overcooked vegetables, slight caramel. A bit artificial sweet with some average hop tartness. Not murky, quite drinkable. Not boring.

Growler from the brewpub. Light hazy deep golden, golden head. Spicy, light sour phenolic nose. Medium light body, sparkly. Mellow, honey and straw, light spices, could be hoppier.

Draught @ the brewpub, Münich. Aroma is rather mild with some sticky malt and corn. Flavour has butter, sticky malt and some mild herbal hops. High drinkability for this style (usually I find it difficult to drink heller bocks) but then again this is a bit straightforward. Mostly harmless I’d call this.
