Pours clear deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, soap, floral and alcohol. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter with a long warm and floral finish. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

MBCC 2018. Green. 'Free sauna with your ticket'. Keg. Hazy gold beer, tidy cream colour head. Smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Smooth floral fruits, touch of pepper. Light finish, amusing.

Tap@MBCC 2018 Green Session, Copenhagen -orange coloured pour with beige head. Medium sweet and toasted malty, caramel, brown sugar, dried fruit shred, medium to full bodied, spices into the medium sweet malty finish.

Keg at MBCC 2018 Green (session IV), 11/05/18. Golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is sweet malts, caramel, light spice, stewed fruits. Taste comprises caramel, brown sugar melt, airy malts, fruit slice, mellow bourbon barrel, light spice balanced. Medium plus body, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent.

Tap at the tap room. Pours bright copper with a transient white head. Aroma of bourbon, citrus, tropical. Med body. Flavor rather matches the aroma, and the whole thing is something like a bourbon based tropical cocktail (what an imagination I’ve got!). This is really fun to drink.

Draught, taster. Sampled on the 12/05/2018 at "Mikkeller Celebration 2018", Copenhagen. Amber colour with a small white head. Aroma is sweet malts, grains, burnt caramel, ginger and some bourbon. Taste is ginger, bourbon, caramel, sweet malts and oak leading to a slightly tart finish. Medium body and average carbonation. Next one please!
