Through spontaneous innoculation in our Koelschip, followed by a slow maturation in oak barrels, this beer is a true expression of our home in southwest Michigan. Anachronism stands as a unique representation of time and place, reminding us that nothing is permanent, and that is something we all should embrace and appreciate.
Released in 2016.

On tap at MBCC Green Session. Pours ruby with small pinkish head that lasts. The aroma is raspberry, cherry, oak, funk. Thin body, berry, cherry, oak, light funk, nice tartness, very good.

MBCC 2018. Green. 'Free sauna with your ticket'. Keg. Hazy peach - pink beer, small pale cream colour head. Light dry palate, decent fine carbonation. Floral candy berry fruits. Light dry finish. Fine but like many others at this fest.

Keg at MBCC 2018 Green (session IV), 12/05/18. Pinkish red with a decent crimson cap. Nose is spikey red berries, damp straw, funk, light dry rot. Taste comprises sharp raspberries, berry pips, funk, hay bale, acidic bite. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent.

[5/12/18] Draught sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2018. Green session. Nice red. Raspberries, funk, lacto, sour, juicy, medium-bodied.
