75cl bottle as “original 1 time brew darker than habitual” (BBF: end 2024) from Etre Gourmet web shop. F: medium, tanned, creamy, good retention. C: dark, opaque. A: chocolate, mocha, caramel, bit herbal, dark dried fruits. T: medium to full malty base, light herbal, mocha, caramel, dark fruits, decent long lasting bitterness, medium carbonation, nice balanced with typical “Fantôme feeling, enjoyed for sure.

Red brown colour with thin head. Aroma has really strong roasted coffee. Flavour is less intense but has a funky edge too. Really dry finish. Low carbonation.

Bottle, cork worked itself out without help. Ruby murky brown, huge golden lacing head. Wild aromatics: Lactic, earth/strawberry, roast caramel. Very sweet caramel on the palate, roast, bitter coffee, lightly burned, funky notes. Dry clay on palate, bitter earthy finish.

Bottle, cork pushed itself out after a while. Murky brown color with huge beige head. Aroma is cherries, wild yeast, coffee, caramel, quite like a Schwarzwälder Kirsch. Taste is coffee, chocolate, tart cherries. Mineralic finish. Medium carbonation. Works for me!

Bottle. An almost clear one, dark golden in color and with a small off-white head. It’s lightly coffee-ish on the nose, with a base of plums, dried fruits and a generic fruityness. It’s medium bodied, smooth and nicely carbonated, with a fruity, coffee-ish flavor. Dried fruits, plums, fruityness and some caramel in the flavor. Lasting finish. Pleasant indeed. Sort of boring though. 170617
