(Cask at Black Door, 20180405) The beer poured deep amber and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had malts, toffee and earth. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were earth, malts, toffee and bitterness. Aftertaste was malty and bitter. A solid malty brew with English hops.

Cask at the Eagle Ale House - London. Pours clear golden brown with a frothy, off-white head. The nose holds brown sugar, bready malts, toasted leaves. Light sweet flavor with more leafy hops, leathery, tangy berries, orange peel, earth. Light bodied with fine carboantion. Finishes with notes of toasted grains, tangy berries, old saddle, leaves.
