(Bottle) Brownish red colour with frothy, tan head. Fruity nose with sour cherries, blackberries, raspberries, vinegar and oak wood. Fruity, tart taste with notes of dark cherries, blackberries, raspberries, red-currant, balsamic vinegar, lemon, oak wood and a dry and tart finish with low bitterness. More than medium body, quite dry. Rich, tart and tasty, with a generous acidity. Very nice.

8-3-8-4-16 Bottle, vintage 2017. Shared with Inbreak and friends. Pours cloudy mahogany, with a small creamy head. Aroma is acetic notes of wine vinegar, currants, red berries and leather, as well as tannins, bretty farmhouse and wooden barrels. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is acetic, with wine vinegar, grapes, currants and musty fruits, as well as sour candy, leather, tannins and wooden barrels.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an opaque brown with a reddish/orange hue and a small, off-white head. Extremely intense berry nose - dark berries. Medium body, funky and tart again with very intense notes of dark, sour berries - cherries seeming most dominant. A little marzipan too. Quite sour indeed but really well done. 270220

Flaska från SB. Mörk disig smutsbrun med vitbeige smutsig krona. Fat, rödvinsvinäger, mörka bär, körsbärskärnor, vanilj, körsbär, hallon. Bra och djup syrlighet och snygga djupa bäriga nyanser. Nästan lite kolaton och sötma som backar upp. Mycket gott.
