We were en route to Beersel, but caught a last-minute connection to Miami when we made this beer. We started with our award-winning imperial sour blonde ale, Train to Beersel, aged in oak barrels, and just for fun, tossed in a tropical punch bowl of dragonfruit and passionfruit.

Draught @ MBCC '19 [ Yellow Session ]. - Mikkeller Beer Copenhagen Celebration 2019, Øksnehallen, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 København V, Danmark.[ As Bruery Terreux Train To Miami ].Unclear medium to dark orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, rich malt, pale malt, sour, tart fruit ala passion fruit and / or dragon fruit, wood, oak, funk. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a long duration, tart, sour, apricot, dragon fruit, passion fruit, dry, oak - wood. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is light warming and light alcoholic. [20190510] 8-3-8-3-16

[5/10/2019] Draught sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2019. Yellow session. Cloudy orange. Juicy passion fruit and dragon fruit, lactic, juicy. Great.

Tap. Hazy golden color with small head. Aroma is light acetone, peach. Taste is peach, apricots, barrel funk, leather and tobacco. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Almost puckering tartness. Decent.

Tap @MBCC2019, Yellow Session. Clear amber, small white head. Funky, fruity aroma. Sour flavour, acetic, citric. Puckering but in a nice way. Has a light solvent note too.

Bottle thanks to William. Pours a hazy gold with medium white head. The aroma is strong passionfruit, oak, citrus. Thin body, passionfruit, lemon, guava, oak, nice tartness, light acidity, very good.
