L’Okult N°1 est une bière spéciale au froment de fermentation haute, de type blanche (pendant belge des « Weizenbier » allemandes). Aromatisée aux écorces d’orange et à la coriandre, elle se caractérise par une fraîcheur soulevée de notes d’agrumes. Elle titre 5,5% d’alcool, est non-filtrée et certifiée d’origine biologique. Le froment bio qui complète le froment et l’orge malté dans sa recette provient d’un agriculteur à deux pas de la brasserie (Enscherange, nord luxembourgeois).

Sampled from 0.33 l bottle at Best Western Woerden. Hazy, straw yellow with a white head. Sweetish, slightly fruity and a bit spicy aroma of lemon peel, wheat and some vegetables. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, a bit fruity and a little spicy taste of wheat, lemon peel and some vegetables, followed by a short, slightly bitter, moderately spicy finish. Bottle [thanks TomHendriksen] shared @ hotelroom tasting after Borefts Beer Festival Day 1. Hazy pale yellow pale golden color full sized quite quickly diminishing white head. Hayish aroma. Flavor is wheat, hay, wet grass, a bit sweetish. 7-3-6-2-13.

Flesje gekregen van Tomhendriksen en gedronken tijdens vakantie. Goudgeel troebel bier met wit dat redelijk snel weg trekt. Aroma is moutig met in de verte iets van sinaasappelschil. Smaak is fris zurig maar ebt snel weg.

Fles geprobeerd met LiekevdV op de camping. Het is een troebel licht geel bier met een volle schuimkraag. Het ruikt wat gist achtig. De smaak is fris en een beetje zuur.

Draft at Go Ten Cafe, Luxembourg. Hazy yellow with a creamy white head. Moderate carbonation. Aroma of a pale lager, with some grass and spice notes. Taste follows nose. Hints of lemon. Very bland and forgettable but passable on a hot day.
