This is the first time we brewed with Idaho #7 hops, which is also where the beer gets its name from. Idaho #7 hops are known for their piney, tropical, fruity, citrusy, earthy, and floral flavors and aromas. Typically used as an Aroma or Flavour hop with high alpha acid levels and average cohumulone content. Its strong hop character makes it ideal for this Session IPA.

Can sourced from Beergium- pours a hazy orange with a frothy white head. Light tropical fruity medley with some papaya, grapefruit, pine needles, soft light malts, light to medium body, piney light bitter into the finish. Ok.
