50cl Fles van de brouwerij. Helder diepgouden kleur, witte kraag. Moutig, brood, hint van pap of kaf, rode appels, hint van caramel, fors maar passend bitter, zeker niet te zoet, vrij droog. Lichte body, glad mondgevoel. Prima.

Bottle0,5ltr: Copper brown brew from this tiny Bayern-brewery with some caramel notes. Bought the bottle at the Leyweg, The Hague.

Bottle. Amber color. Malt, butter, toffee and a hint of flowery hops in the aroma. malty, full bodied, almost thick mouthfeel. Toffee and a hint of cabbage. cake dough. This beer probably doesn’t travel too well. From tap at the brewery this would probably be a fantastic festbier.

Bottle. Fatty pizza nose. Amber, off white head. Chewy full body, butter base, naan bread, good herbs, salt. spices, a bit off.

Bottle. Amber color with white head. Aroma is Fruchtgummi, chlorine, a bit malty. Taste is malts, slight booze, sweetish. Medium carbonation. Quite weird, but not bad.

Clear amber with medium white head. Aroma is lemon juice, some christmas spices, cherry pips. Taste is sweet malts, juicy sourness, some apple is in there. Long finish of rather sour and bitter stuff. Not so good.

Klares bernsteinfarbenes Bier mit einer schönen beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht nussig, malzig, Getreide. Geschmack sehr leicht röstmalzig, Karamell, nussig, hopfig.

Malzbetonter, etwas trockener Antrunk. Etwa süßlich, deutlich holzig. Schnell wird das Malz überraschend aromatisch und kann mit nussigen Schokoladnnoten aufwarten, auch diese aber wieder trocken, das Bier bleibt so unter seinen Möglichkeiten. Zum Ende erfneut malziger, harmonischer, süßlich-röstig, einfach abgerundet. Gelungen! 5/11/10/11/11/11

Bottled. Reddish golden colour with small head. Aroma is mildly fruity, wooden as well as quite stronly malty. Flavour is quite much the same, but the wooden notes are slightly sour, which makes the beer a bit harsh.
