330 ml bottle. Pours unclear pale yellow orange, small foamy head, not long lasting. Cabbage juice, lactose, dry white wine, sour apple cider, champagne, lemon juice, apple vinegar. Acidic sourness. Light bodied, watery texture, lively carbonated, very dry finish. Im not an expert in Berliner Weiße beers, but this is quite drinkable.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, pale golden colour with a blond medium-sized and quickly diminishing frothy head. Rather discreet arom of malt and present wheaty notes and citrus with mildly lactic accents. Moderately sour-tart flavour, light bodied with a prickly carbonation. Sour tart citric taste with wheaty malt and slightly lactic notes, which are getting slightly stronger towards the dry and tart finish. Decent. 03.X.17

Bottle from Berlin. Pours whitish yellow, decent foamy head that comes down slowly. Nose has sour lacto, some yoghurt, light pear and baby puke. Tastes nicely tart, grainy biscuity and some green red currants. Nice sour body, superbly refreshing. Alcohol nowhere and well, it's almost alcohol free anyway. Simple but good.

Bottle. Hazy yellow-golden color with big white head. Aroma is lacto, peach, yoghurt, dough. Taste is quite sour, lacto, wheat, peach. High but soft carbonation, silky mouthfeel. Solid Berliner Weisse, albeit simple and very strong on the yoghurty component, but it does its job as a summer refresher!
