375mL bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with white head. Aroma has a ton of buttered popcorn. Flavour has some good wild yeast, buttered popcorn, some malt. Way too much buttered popcorn

375ml (thx, Brian!) @ Phill's during Gene's visit. Appearance: hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma: unripe green grapes, some botanical and wood. Taste: interesting, nice body, some sweetness, pleasant tartness. Overall: it is pretty unique, good one.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma with tons of citrus peel, some cocktail sour notes, and some wild yeast. Flavour is very sharp, with lots of citrus, plenty of acidity, and cocktail sourness. Rather sharp and citric. It's alright.

Poured from 375mL bottle (2023 vintage). Hazed yellow gold with small white head. Citrusy tartness, feint yogurt notes, okay.

Pale amber, with a slight haze. This has a mellow acidity. Lightish body, decent vibrancy. There's a decent lemon, a touch of grape but not a big pisco character. The citrus comes through a bit more. Still, has a decent balance. It's pretty good.

Sample from Bottle (MBWAC - Friday BLUE) - golden pour with a white head. Tart sour fruity notes of citrus fruit, peachy notes, bretty, floral and herbal accents, tart lingering finish.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours an almost clear golden with a fizzy, dissipating small white head. Rather complex and unusual aroma, a slight funkiness and then some spicy, herbal, fruity notes that are quite enticng. Light in body - especially considering its strength - an initial, sweet fruitiness, agan funky, Bretty and again these herbal notes. A hint of Mezcal perhaps, which is then actually Pisco I reckon. Very neat and refined. I like it. 210220
