ABV: 7.0%. Clear medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, leather, funk, grapes, apple, wine - white wine - barrel - fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, wood, wine . white wine - barrel, grapes, fruity, apple - apple skin. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200620]

Jazzy Hours, Ratebeer Odense, March 2020. Hazy golden with a small white head. Funky aroma with a lot in common with English real cider, including the sulphur. Dry and tart fruity flavour with a faint touch of vinegar acid.

Bottle @ Jazzy Hours, Oluf Bagers Gade, Ratebeer Odense, March 2020. Pours hazy Golden with a White head. Wood and funk obviously. Tartness some Apple cider notes and a late note of Earth. A slight touch of vinegar.
