Bottle. Pours clear golden yellow, merlin fizzy white head that dissipates quickly to nothing. Aroma is bugs, stonefruit, oak, lemon. Flavor is light tart, light funk, apricot, underripe peach. Light body, fizzy carb.
Nice sour and tart stone fruit although not that ripe and not that much funk, you know the rare barrel flavor.

Bottle pour @ MBWAC 2020, Copenhagen. Tart, intense and sourish with loads of peaches and nectarine juice notes, oak and wood. Pretty heavy.
