Bottle. Pretty close to a pale lager this one. Medium head with medium duration. Color is pale golden. Taste and aroma is hops and malt.

Bottle. Golden colour, white head. A little malty, but not especially nice flavour.

(Bottle 50 cl) Rather pale without much head. Fresh hoppy nose, but unfortunately the sharp bittering hops pretty much kills my palate. 220899

Canned: 0.5l Yellow/golden body with a big head that vanished quite fast, along with the seemingly abundant lacing. Fine nose, a bit on the citric side. Taste also reveals some citrus presence, but it soon turned out to be very bitter. Way too bitter for a pilsener. Then I had another glass and the bitterness was still there, but it was acceptable. Strange. Some malt can be felt, but barely. Also, despite the bitterness, not much of a body. All in all an interesting pils, but I won’t be buying it again soon

Pale yellow with a fluffy head. Nice laceing. Some hop in the aroma. Medium bodied with a herbal, hoppy finish. Drinkable but not outstanding.

Can
Pale blond color. Light hop (and vanilla) aroma. Thin body, light malt, reasonable final hopping; finishes with a high bitterness mixed with a light malt/honey touch. Not bad for a can…

Bottle. Aromatic grassy bitering hops on a crisp body, good chewyness, moreso than other typical north german Pilsners. Good balance, pleasant. Well crafted - certainly leaves a better impression than last time I had it.
