Bottle. Hazy pale golden color with tiny soapy white head. Aroma is grains, papery, sweet. Taste is the same. Medium carbonation, silky mouthfeel. Meh.

Clear golden with little white head. Aroma is malty dust. Lots of dead yeast and stale hops. Taste is bitter oxidized malt. Bah.

Clear golden color with a fine white head on top. Good lacing. Ok intensity in the aroma. Medium body and an average carbonation level. Ok balanced sweetness versus bitterness. Malty, mild grainy and herbal flavor. Ok easy drinkable lager.

(bottle, 33cl) Clear, pale golden colour with short foamy white head. Discreet aroma except for doughy pale mal, traces of white bread, hints of cardboard and shades of grassy hops. Slightly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Sour doughy malty base with a whiff of grassy hops; slightly sweet and delicately sour finish. A rather bland Lager. 26.II.17

0,33 l bottle from kappldav123. Thanks a lot! Clear golden, one finger white head. Okay so far. Malt with sweetness on the nose. Taste starts malty, grainy, little bit cheap alcoholic. Like canned danish super market stuff. Can not convince.

Pours a clear golden color. Malty flavor with the continued hints of spice. Light hop bite. Finishes fairly clean.

Wässrig herber Antrunk. Dabei mild malzig-würzig, karamellig angedeutet. Süffig, helles Getreide, leicht alkoholisch. 9/9/8/8/8/8

Bottle: Pale golden with a greenish sheen, clear, small white foamy layer; mild to moderate grainy-strawy nose, shy nutty traces, an illusion of grassy hops in the background; mild bitter-sweet flavour, pretty light bodied for a Maerzen, not really soft; shorter and slightly more bitter pale-malty finish. Nothing wrong with it, just not very Maerzen-like...

Sampled from 0.33 l bottle from local ’Netto’, best before June 2017. Clear, golden yellow with a thin, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly grassy and a bit spicy aroma of straw, grains and some caramel. Slightly sweetish, grainy and a bit grassy-spicy taste of straw, grains and hints of caramel, followed by a short, moderately bitter, a bit grassy-spicy finish with a touch of cardboard. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Quite drinkable, a bit stale and very neutral though. Better than the Amber Lager at least.
