Pours a nearly black, intense red essence. Small pinkwhite layer of foam, barely to be called a head. Scent is super intense raspberry puree / jam . Vibrant acidic aroma's, but they seem more fruitbased, than basebeer to me. Taste is surprisingly tart and dry, mostly lactic acid, but definately has some kick to it by acetic acid as well. Intense raspberry syrup. This is not a balanced beer, should you expect it - neither by sourness or fruitlevel. Clearly made for those looking for extremes, rather than drinkability.
