Bügelverschlußflasche: Golden, hazy, smaller off-White head; sweetish bready-grainy nose with a peaceful "woody" hoppy Background; moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, not light bodied, quite soft; lingering mild "rural2 hoppy and pale-malty finish. Not bad, it’s understood, but still a bit too sweet...

(swing top bottle) Slightly hazy, golden colour with a short and slightly off-white foamy head. Bready and slightly buttery malty aroma with a hints of toffee, shy fruity notes of apricots and a touch of herbal hops. Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Mildly bready cara-malty base with toffee, subtle fruity notes and herbal hops; balanced malty and drying hop bitter finish. 21.VIII.14

Erinnert trotz seiner handelsüblichen 4,9 Vol.-Prozent vom Aroma her an ein Bockbier. Längerer hopfenbitterer Nachtrunk. - Angenehmes, niedrig gespundetes und gut gehopftes Kellerbier.
