Roy, I want a Hilux! Oh and an endless supply of this in my face, orange juice pale ale. Not any old orange juice mind, that posh stuff with bits in and bubbles and yeast and loads and loads of the juiciest hops, Cheers Roy! (No oranges are in this beer)

Can at home from Beer Ritz. A translucent deep golden orange coloured pour with a loose off white head. Aroma is jammy fruits, orange marmalade, mango, tangerine. Flavour is composed of raw grains, wheat, woody citrus, semi sweet rustic base malts, orange rind, earthy citrus. Palate is semi sweet, frothy highish carbonation, crisp earthy finish. A little raw / green / rough round the edges.

Can. Beer Central, Sheffield. Murky gold. Film of loose bubbles. Nose has bubblegum hop. Ripe pineapple. Fusty orange. Mandarin. Sweet bready malts. Very NE. Taste has pithy and pulpy, citrus bitterness. Soft sweetness. Mouthfeel is a little green and scratchy. Sticky on the lips. Finishes with some hop burn bitterness. Very decent, and I could do a load, but it is a little heavy on the green hop to be perfectly balanced.

Can from Cotteridge Wines; hazy amber pour with a big frothy off white head, aroma has big tangerine and pine, taste has a pretty big malt backbone that is overwhelming the hop action which turns out to be subdued tangerine and pine.

Can at home, 11th May 17. Pours hazy orange, aroma is orange, tangerine. Taste is orange, sherbert, tingly carbonation that complements the beer overall. The grainy malts also feature well, bitter, grain, earthy. Very nice beer.

Can. Very hazy amber beer, good pale cream colour head. Airy palate, fairly dry and with decent minerally carbonation. Thin malts, modestly sweet. Mild hop spice. Cooling pine. Modest orange peel and tropical fruits. Smooth dry finish. Hangs together very well, very drinkable.

Can at home in Hackney - sourced from Clapton Craft. Pours mostly clear krange-gold with a small, foamy white head. Fleshy tangerine in the nose, some pale bread, a little meringue, melon. Light sweet flavour with subtle piney bitterness, more pale bread, orange, tangerine. Light bodied with average carbonation. Good balance on the finish, more fresh citrus, subtly doughy pale bread, tangerine, mild piney notes. Good APA.
