Pours unclear blonde. Scent is full, elegant honeyed tartness. Taste is sharp, elegant honeyed tartness. Typical US farmhouse sour, yet very refined. mild oak. Some florality, quite drinkable. Nice!

Almost no head; hazy ochre-yellow beer. Sourish nose, lemonpeel, non-sweet caramel, bit lambic-y. Sourish, mildly lemony, hint at maltsweetness backthroat. Green leaves, lunaria, wood. Acidthinning, medium body, slick, good carbonation. Quite OK, if a tad unidimensional. Thanks to the sharer!
Bit of winey oak, bit of funk, bit of tannic, bit of sweet, bit of dry, mad balanced wild.

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is strong oak, floral, apple skin, brett, mineral. Slick body, stone fruit, oak, citrus, light funk, mineral, nice tartness, vinous, enjoyed this.
