Draught @ Café Abseits, Bamberg. Pours hazy amber with stable off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and yeast, with touches of banana. Sweetish, malty flavour with notes of banana and touches of yeast. Soruish, grainy aftertaste with notes of banana and malt. Decent.

10-06-20 // 500ml bottle from Landbierparadies Onlineshop. Great glowing yellow color. Intense on the banana creamy side. But also a bit dry. Good.

Brewery tap. Chalk, yeast and banana aroma. Herbal flavor with loads of banana and a bit of glue. Yeasty. Full bodied. Could be more refreshing.

On tap at Café Abseits Bamberg. Cloudy orange/golden coloured, medium sized white head, mild wheaty and banana nose. Sweetish malty, yeasty, light wheaty and quite noticable banana with mild spicy notes in the finish. Pleasant one.

12th Sep 2018, on a bierprobe at Cafe Abseits, Bamberg. Cloudy burnt orange body, large foaming head. Huge banana like aroma and taste, couldn't pick up any other aromas or flavours; luckily I like bananas!

Bottle from Landbierparadies. Hazy yellow, white foam disappears quickly. Lots of banana, sweet malts, minerals. Good and easy drinkable hefeweizen.

Tap at Café Abseits. Murky orange color with white head. Aroma is minerally, spicy yeasts, a bit milky as well. Taste is minerally, spicy, leafs and grass as well as milk. Silky mouthfeel. Super-minerallic Franconian Weizen, I have to say I prefer the south Bavarian ones.
