31/12/2019. Bottle courtesy of minutemat, cheers. Pours clear golden with a small white head. Aroma of hops, grass, citrus, grapefruit and flowers. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, quite high carbonation. Nice bitterness to finish. Apart from the fizz, this was decent.

Danke an minutemat. Etwas muffiger, brotig hopfiger Antrunk. Feine Karbonisierung, hohe Bitterkeit, süffig. Steigende Intensität, mit der Zeit nussig, trocken. Langer bitterer Nachgeschmack. 10/11/10/10/11/11

Bottle, many thanks minutemat! Hazy orange color with fluffy white head. Aroma is bready-doughy malts, earthy hops, delicate juicy fruits. Taste is bready, grassy-earthy, some grapefruit and tropical fruits. Bitter finish. Soft mouthfeel. Nice, but would probably win if served from a cask.

Bottle from Appleyards Deli, Shrewsbury. Appearance - golden and slightly hazy. Slim head. Nose - orange, gorse and floral notes. Taste - oranges and custard. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - yeah, best I’ve had from these guys.

500ml bottle. Pours blonde with full white head. Light hop nose. Taste is balanced, light, inoffensive with a soft bitter finish. Not necessarily a bad beer but nothing much to differentiate it from any other Shropshire golden ale.
