Above the Clouds uses a heavy oat base and a whirlpool blend of Citra and Idaho 7. We then dry hopped it with Citra and the largest dose of Nelson to date and just a touch of lactose to really elevate its already velvety feel. It’s pours an opaque bright straw yellow with flavours of mixed citrus, a touch of sweet pine, gooseberry and faint notes of white wine grapes. The Nelson hops are showcased well and we find the flavours deep and complex while the #EQjuice finish is smooth and velvety thanks to our hopping processes. We want to shout out one of our earliest local supporters, Anthony Q., for supplying the background picture for this label from a recent flight.

Draft. An unclear yellow beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of hops, spices, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrus fruits, hops, spices, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

Can. Color: Very hazy, orangejuice-like pale orange. Frothy white head. Nice lacing. Aroma: Hoppy, tropical fruit, orange. Taste: Hopforward. Grassy, mango, some pineapple, orange. A lot of tropical fruit. Very smooth, wheat malt background. Creamy mouthfeel. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Over moderate to medium sweet, light to moderate bitterness. A little on the sweet side for me, but great fruity complexity for this style.

Very cloudy beige blond beer, big creamy yellowish head, stable, bit adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: lovely stuff going on here, tropical fruits, very intense and fruity, some melons, very nice aroma! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of tropical fruits, juicy, nice bitterness, lots of citrus, very bitter, bit soapy, lovely. Aftertaste: lots of citrus, grapefruit, resinous hops, bit soapy, slightly sweet, lovely beer!

Canned 04/15, quite grey color :/ Creamy, smooth, sweet. Some tropical fruit notes, some breadiness, soft with a dry finish. Not at 100% anymore but still enjoyable.
