Can shared at home. Pours copper with an off-white head. Nose is deep and rich smoky character with hints of malts, dried fruits and cranberry. Taste is smoked cheese, bacon, malts and some cranberry. Closes with a smokey, slightly fruity finish, has a medium to heavy body and soft to average carbonation. December, -2 fok, Zakopane setaloutcaja. Papirtanyerrol falod a ribizlilekvarral meglocsolt, femlapon piritott fustolt sajtot. Imadom.

Аромат копченый сразу. Действительно есть ощущение сыра, при этом никакой клюквы я не заметил, возможно есть намеки на карамель. Цвет темно коричневый, есть пенка небольшая. Вкус весьма сильно копченый, хотя при этом и дымка есть. Снова сыр прямо ощущается, но клюквы я снова не нашел. При глотке есть сладость, не могу сказать что это карамель. В целом интересно, и это можно пить, в отличие от многих копченых.

Can from Gedeelde Vreugde. Hazy brown, thinning, off-white head. Aroma of cooked ham, bacon, stewed plum, apple, ripe cranberry, wood, wet tobacco, blue cheese. Taste has sweet plum & apple in a brown-bready, caramelly malt body surrounded by umami & smoky notes of ham & cheese, slightly bitter from a herbal berry skin effect. Herbal hops in the finish, lingering berry skin, dried fruit, smoked meat & cheese, covering well any alcohol warmth. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Big & bold in flavour; lost a bit of depth perhaps due to ageing.

A dark brown beer, a head is small ane beige. Aroma has smoke, smooth maltyness. Taste has richness of malts, smoke, caramel, some sweet berries. Medium+ bodied. Good and balanced, smooth smokyness.

Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 29/01/22. Extremely dark mahogany brown with a tan cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is smoked malts, dried fruit rinds, definite hint of smoked cheese, red berry tones. Taste comprises sweet and smoked malts, sweeter than I'd expected, campfire, treacle toffee, brown sugars, caramelised red berries. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light nip of alcohol. Decent smoked affair .. balances well with sweetness intertwined.

Can at home picked up from HOTM. A clear thick , amber nut brown coloured pour with a fine beige head. Aroma is big salty smoked malts, bacon frazzels, salt, woody notes, little medicinal tcp phenols. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, rounde, brown sugars, mellow smoked malts, birch, bacon, , light tang, dried fruits brandy snap sugars. Palate is medium sweet, sticky mellow carbonation . decent.

Can in the hotel. Pours deep ruby brown, nose is huge smoke, caramel, berries, smoky cheese, taste is juicy fruit, sweet, then dry and smoky, salty cheese.

Can at home, 25th September 2021. Pours a dark mahogany. Aroma is smoked meats, bacon, cheese, caramel. Taste is smoke forward, smoked cheese and meats, quite sweet, maybe the cranberry. Interesting and complex rauch

Puszka 0.5l (BB 24.03.2022). W zapachu klasyczny koźlak, smak jest już jednak na słodko, zapewne dodatek żurawiny zrobił robotę, oscypek się jakoś nie przebija, niemniej super deserowe piwko.
