0.5 l bottle from Maisel's web shop, best before May 2026. Slightly hazy, deep amber with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, off-white head. Sweetish, slightly malty, moderately floral and a little grassy aroma of grains, honey, caramel and light fresh grass. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, slightly floral and a bit grassy taste of grains, honey, some caramel and light fresh grass, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice one.

Bottle from Rewe Bamberg and drunk with Nelson. Hazy dark amber light brown beer. Lasting beige head. Decent malty beer. .decent enough. Yes some drinkability. As I say it has some light brown malts. Light hops on the finish. It's ok

Bottle. Aroma is bready pale malts with notes of straw and hay. Mild sweetish, light bitter. Body is medium. Not the most complex Zwickl, but gentle and easy.

Lichtbruin troebel bier met mooi stevig schuim. Smaak is bitterzoet met iets van geroosterd brood, wat karamel en graan. Verder een heel licht zuurtje. Heel goed.

500ml bottle. Minimally milky, amber colour with average to huge, thick, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Rather weak, minimally toasty, malty aroma, whiffs of chestnut. Taste is minimally toasty malty, minimally nutty, very little residual sweetness, light leafy and minimally fruity hoppy overtones with a touch of red berries. Watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium, soft carbonation. Not overly intense, a bit monotonous - OK.

Fluchen wir ein Kesselflicker, saufen wie die Korbmacher - mit dem Flechterla von Püls aka Weismainer. Optisch hübsch, dunkles Kupferbraun, stabiler Sahneschaum. In der Nase malzig, Karamell. Im Trunk cremig, Karamell, vielleicht etwas wässrig, Malz, leicht süß. Okay.

Dark amber with a frothy, white head. Aroma of grass, caramel and black bread. Taste is bittersweet with chocolate undertones and a modest, crisp bitterness at the finish. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. A pleasant Zwickl.

Bottle shared by Caesar. Beers are from our holiday from last August so a bit old but still decent I hope. Nice amber color, white head. Smell and taste malts, caramel, malty bitter. Quite nice.
