It was time for IPA then, literally.
This time we put huge amount (30g/L) of Rakau, Galaxy and Mosaic hops in dry hopping process what gave complex aroma and flavour. Mango, passion fruit, stonefruits, grapefruit, herbal and candy-like. Tropical citrusy hop bomb with 7 abv is cross style mountain IPA, both east and west coast style chacacteristcs. Little hazy and smooth with moderate to high bitterness.
What means Ipo'? In some croatian dialect it means 'a half'.
Literally, Ipa Ipo' [i:pʌ i:pɒ] means one and a half IPA. That good? Try and see..

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5
Can, 0.5l. Cloudy golden pour, huge frothy white head, long lasting. Lots of lacing on the glass as it goes down. Nice on the nose, tropical fruits, citruses, pine notes. Medium body, soft carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel and texture, soft and easily drinkable, goes down quite smoothly. Bitter taste balanced with subtle sweet notes in the background. Fruity aroma, tropical notes, ripe fruits, citrus peel. Hints of vanilla. Malty backbone. Some earthy notes, minerals. Lingering hop burn, moderate alcohol. Medium lasting finish, dry and bitter. Good one.

On tap at Valhalla, Zagreb. Cloudy golden with white head. Hoppy, herbal, ripe fruit, some sweetness with solid dry bitter finish. Quite messy, not my thing I guess.

On tap at Valhalla Zagreb. Unclear golden coloured, small to medium sized white head, fruity nad mild spicy nose. Moderate malty, citrusy, light herbal and grassy with rather harsh bitter finish.

Slight hazy golden with white head. Aroma of durian upfront (wtf!), grassy citrus, dank but really wtf? Durian?!? Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with light to moderate carbonation. I never expected this..

Tap at Valhalla, shared with Hrabren. Hazy golden body, white head. Pungent aroma, gummi bears and a strong onion presence. Lean, bitter taste, rough, onion, earthy, heavy bitterness, juicy gummi beer undertones, astringent but sweetish, resin, tonic... Oppan pelin-style. I kinda, kiiinda dig it but this is not for everyone.

On tap at Valhalla Craft Beer Bar, Zagreb. Unclear golden, small off-white head. Moderately hoppy, ripe fruit, onion, socks, spice, malts. Some bitterness, mostly malty, fruity. A bit bland, low carbonation, dry finish.
