In late summer 2020, we made a macerated wine from biodynamically cultivated Riesling grapes that we picked at Weingut Melsheimer (Mullay-Hofberg). After primary fermentation, we added the wine to a barrel of beer we brewed nine months earlier. They were aged for nine more months in the barrel together. Bottled July 2021.

A bit stuffy and vinous grapey with some tartness and mild sourness, hints of wood

Light, fruity, sour. Vinous grapes and dry barrel, a bit of funk, low acidity. Very nice.

Not a lot of complexity. Almost too clean. Grape, semi-sec dessert wine notes going on, very little on the nose.

When there's Antidoot to be tasted, you taste Antidoot. Not always my kind of beer, but always interesting and balanced. This one is pretty tasty, with a nice balance between soft acidity, wood and the Riesling grapes. Bit herbal, some stone fruit.

EB from last Saturday. Lovely Antidoot base beer depth with some almost juicy grapes on top of that. Will get even better with time as it integrates and develops even more funk but already really damn good!

0,75l from bottle at the brewery. Orange murky color, small white head. Smells spices, white grapes, herbal, parfumy, hay, stone fruits. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes grassy, citric, spices, white grapes, floral. Finishes lightly sour with notes of white wine, grass and some spices. Very nice one, very good to drink
