Lattina. Il naso viene catturato da pane nero, caffè e cioccolato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera molto elevata e la maniera in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma è destinato a vita breve. La grandezza delle bollicine è media. Il colore è scuro impenetrabile. Il corpo è pieno. Il dolce è pesante. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul tetto della bocca si fermano sentori di miele, cioccolato fondente, caffè, frutta secca, pane tostato, agrumi e vaniglia.

Can 0.33l at Valentino's pub, Palmanova. Hazy, brown to black colored. AROMA- strongly chocolate/cocoa nibs, pecan nuts, vanilla, roasted. FLAVOR- sweet, slightly bitter, the same as aroma. Fuller bodied. Tasty. Maybe too sweet.

lattina 33 cl, schiuma color nocciola fine media persistenza, colore marrone intenso/nero, al naso vaniglia crema pasticcera caffè bignè al cioccolato, in bocca crema al cioccolato torta al ciccolato vaniglia Vov, corpo medio, watery, alcool perfettamente equilibrato 10% ???? 😲, carbonazione piatta, dolce con amaro leggero, Molto buona ma l’avrei preferita con un po' più struttura e carattere. 33cl can from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours deep brown, almost black, with no foam. Aroma is chocolate, liquor, some coffee. Body is average, with moderate carbonation, rather smooth and a little oily. Taste is pretty sweet, still with some roasty feeling. Final is instead pretty brief.

Can. Pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is interesting, definitely pastry stout that stays true to its name, lots of chocolate, cacao, vanilla, Tonka, strong licorice. Medium to big body. Flavour is rich and sweet, light bitterness, cacao, milk chocolate, astringent fennel and licorice. Too bad for that last part, brings the beer down.
