Bottled 500ml. -Amber coloured, medium sized off-white head, distinct smoked ham in the nose. Toasted malt, caramel, smoked bacon and touch of wood with rather flat smokey finish. Pleasant but a bit watery.

At the source bottle. Pours amber color, off white foamy head. Nose: very mild smoked notes, provola cheese. Mouth: watery, hoppy accent, malty in a way but hops dominate the floor.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Ariel’s place. Thanks Vova. Clear amber. Nice aroma of smoked salami and kabanos and malt. Sweet malty flavor with caramel and smoked sausages. Medium-bodied. Nice.

Bottle [thanks to bierkoning] @ home. Clear amber-brown color, average to medium sized off-white head. Aroma is malty and moderately smoky. Taste malts, smoke, some hops, lightly sweet, lightly bitter. Decent body and carbonation. Quite nice, one of the better smoked beers Ivé had (and I must add smoked beers aren’t really my thing..).

500ml Flasche. Geruch angenehm rauchig, malzig, Karamell. Geschmack leicht rauchig, röstmalzig, würzig.

Bottle looks simle but good. Beer in the glass brownish, small head. Malty-smokey aroma. Starts malty and spicy, mild smokey notes, hints of caramel. Finish less smokey, a bit grasy. Not bad!

--> Sehr leckeres, dezent-rauchiges Dunkel
