50cl Fles van de brouwerij. Uit Stein gedronken, leek amberkleurig, geelwitte kraag. Subtiele rook, licht moutig, grassig, flink bitter, strak, licht bloemig. Lichte body, zacht mondgevoel. Prima.

From tap at the brewpub 06.01.21. Copper amber colour. Fine off-white head and lacing. Well-balanced aroma and taste of smoked sausages, medium roasted malt and noble hops. Hop bitterness is lingering on. Good!

Bottle from Erzengel - Cheers! 🍺 Foamy off white head left a spotty cover on a reddish brown still body. Pig aroma. Medium bodied, smooth & cloying. Pig, smoked, bacon & malt tastes. This really is a style I can't drink so unfair to rate so I'll go average.

500 ml bottle. Clear brown-reddish, foamy head. Smoky notes, dry citrus, caramel, metal, sourdough. Dry bitterness, malty sweetness. Full bodied, oily texture, soft to lively carbonated, dry bitter smoky finish. Good.

Bottle @ Home. Pours clear brown with on offwhite head. Aroma of malt, caramel, brown sugar, light smoked meat, bacon. Flavor is sweet, mildly smoked, malty, carmael, brown sugar, smoked meat, bacon. Medium body, soft carbonation, sweet mildly smoked finish. 110819

Flaska från Landbierparadis. Mörkt bärnstensfärgad klar vätska med en smutsvit skumpuck. Ganska söt och karamelig ihop med en ganska bränd eller åtminstone mörk rökig smak ger drag kanderad frukt och bränt socker, men lite charkuterier finns där också med mycket lädersmak. Ganska stor gräsig beska ger bra balans. Ett annorlunda rököl kanske lite spretigt eller komplext om man försöker vara lite mer positv. Spännande och gott iaf.

Bottle from Landbierparadies. Dark amber/brown colour, creamy beige foam. Nose of smoke, bacon, sweet malts. Taste is rather sweet caramel with subtle notes of smoke. Nice and well balanced. Easy drinkable.
