Tap @ the brewery. Golden color, cloudy. Wheaty aroma with pineapple and tangerine. Wheaty flavor with some sharp citrus notes. Dusty. Maybe an infection coming up?

(tap at the brewpub) Hazy, orange-golden colour with a creamy off-white foamy head. Distinctively banana-fruity aroma, slightly greenish and mildly phenolic with a moderate wheat character. Slightly bitter and delicately sour-tart flavour, light to medium bodied with a prickly carbonation. Dry and slightly mineralic taste with notes of green bananas and shades of cloves; dry, mildly bitter and slightly sour-tart finish. Average. 19.XI.16

Hazy golden with little white head. Aroma is lots of yeasts and straw. Taste is fresh yeasty sourness with a tiny sweet touch. Minerally in the finish. A little soap as well. Medium body. A yeast bomb with nothing much else.

Tap. Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is fruit salad, green bananas. Taste is more green bananas, dry, mineralic, chalky nearly. As most Franconian Weizen, too mineralic.

Rating from 2009. Süßlicher Geruch. Sehr schön würzig. Im Antrunk fruchtig-mild, Nelkenaromen, schöne Weiche Hefe. Fruchtig-süßlich angenehmes Weizen!

On tap at the Brewpub. Trübes dunkel goldenes Bier mit ordentlicher Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, würzig, Nelke, fruchtig, so ist auch der Geschmack.

Draught at the brewpub. Mild banana aroma. Cloudy orange colour. Big stable white head. The flavour starts off watery, turning to banana and finally becoming quite phenolic. A little burnt rubber, perhaps even disgusting smoke.

Hazy orange with a medium to large off white head. Yeasty aroma with wheat and hints of banana. Flavour came out fairly dry with notes of yeasty, banana and wheat.

Draught @ Brauerei Gasthof Hennemann, Am Dorfbrunnen 13, 96231 Stublang, Bavaria, Germany.Hazy medium orange color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light malty, moderate yeasty, fruity, banana. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light light bitter with a average to long duration, late finish has rubber notes. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20100402]
