Mead with distinctive features after the addition of dried rowans, which imprinted very intensively, especially in taste. The dark color and strong bitterness together with the overall perception give this mead an interesting use as a digestive.

Pours a tad darker, ocer gold. Clear. Scent is intense, dried fruits indeed. Tad 'chemical' almost, like aromatized cleaning products. I expect the mead to be more natural , but that's the connection my brain makes anyways. Taste starts of immensely intense on the berry side. Full, yet fairly gentle sweetness. Acidity ( not sour ! ) from the fruits are very concentrated, perhaps this sweet mead should have been even more sweet - providing a better balance. A fairly rough mead, that doesn't really work to me, but has some nice aspects.
