Pours a clear, pale yellow. Scent is mild intense, yet wide in offerings. Honey, minor notes of ginger (hidden) . Don't get the nutmeg that much. Taste is full, sweet, intense honey. Has a lot of depth to it, but very little by the additions. Mellow, easy drinking mead with a very gentle, sweet body and just a minor hint of ginger spice. Nice one.
