Bottle. The intent is to be gueuze-adjacent, I presume. Almost clear gold, a white fizzes away as it's poured. 3- Initially brusque aroma of old lemons, outdoor laundry walls, apricots and their stones, just a hint of gum tree sap. Not completely with light bread and some apricot. Pretty sour but not really funky with both old and somewhat zesty lemon, bracken. Good but not a lot of depth.
