Poured from a 500 ml bottle dated July 12, 2019. Aroma is fairly hop forward with lots of herbal, spicy, floral hop notes with hints of over ripe fruit. Moderate fruity esters with light grain notes. Light grain notes and faint phenolics. Pours a hazy, dirty golden straw color with a very large, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes steadily as it falls into itself. Moderately high lacing and faint legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with medium light grain notes. Moderately strong bitterness with some floral and herbal hop notes. Light grassy and phenolic note that lingers into the dry finish. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol note. Overall, a decent beer. I like the aroma a lot as it has more of the floral and fruity hop notes and fruity esters from the yeast, but the flavor is more peppery and phenolic.

Draught a the brewery hazy and a touch palish yellow color, mineral aroma, herbal and brett notes, peach and shrubs flavor with a light sourness and some brett notes coming through and getting stronger especially in flavor, also citrus and mandarine coming through, light honey flavor and a hint of flowers. Nice and enjoyable.

375 ml bottle, bottled 072216, shared by Werckmeister, thanks!
Golden-orange body, with a medium, creamy, yellowish head.
Aroma of lemongrass, citrus, pine, apples, yeast, grass, flowers, some barnyard, some spices.
Tastes quite similar, with some more young cheese.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes dry, spicy, a bit bitter, hoppy, floral, fruity, with apples, grass, some pine.
Very nice. Fresh and crisp, with a nice mix of hops, yeast and fruity notes. I really like the apples that come through more and more towards the finish. Overall not outstanding maybe, but a very solid, freshly drinkable style example.

Thanks Darrell for sharing the bottle! Poured into a taster showing well filtered whitish yellow with no head. The nose shows round sweet malts with a light Belgian yeast. The palate is light bodied and highly carbonated. Moderately tart with a strong Belgian influence forwardness and a white wine bitterness on the finish.

Fluffy, just yellowish head, not very lasting over clear golden, well-carbonated beer when pouring. Flowery, slightly citrussy/lemony aroma, delicate, with blossomy hops, with a slight ureum/spicy touch. Bitterish hops with EU character, with a harsher lupulin/greenery finish. Dry, poor-soil grass. Very slightly vinous, dry wine. Light body, low to medium carbonation in the end. Bit slick. Easy drinking ale, the nose being very inviting. Many thanks to Vinnie, the RRcrew, and of course the Vermeersch emissionaries!
