From Mugi shop, Bussigny, best before 07/23. Opening this bottle, during the last friday with a good Spanish ham, what else more in the daily life of struggle. Light qnd floral ipa, classical, watery, malty, smooth, not a strong bitterness but it is ok, 11.03.24
Uit blikje in app Tokyo 21-10-2025. Gouden kleur, lekker hoppig.

Bottle from Yutaka, London. It pours slightly hazy copper with a small, fluffy white head. The aroma is malt - driven, cereal, nutty, baked goods, cakey malt, bread, touch herbal, minty and stone fruits. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, aromatic, fragrant, floral, damp grass, herbal, mint, woody, spicy, cereal, nuttiness and earth with a drying, woody finale. Average body and carbonation. A fairly hearty, malt-forward lagerbier. Alright.

Bottle at Naku in Haiku, Maui, Hawaii. Brewed 5 31 21. The pour is a clear golden amber with a minimal off white head. The aroma is cereal grain, rice and soft dry fruit. The taste is clean lager yeast with the grain rice and dry mineral finish. The palate is light bodied with active carbonation and a clean finish. Great with the excellent food at Maku, would love to try this a lot fresher.
