Bottle (many thanks to Mr. Zlotta!): Cloudy, amber coloured with a - indeed - reddish sheen, small and creamy off-white head; caramel, malt and many vegetables in the nose; mild to moderate bitter and sweetish flavour, light bodied and soft; lingering bitter-sweet malty finish with - again - a touch of vegetables. Not a pleasure...

0.5 l bottle from ’REWE Schürholz’, best before January 2017. Hazy, deep reddish amber with a medium large, very dense and slightly creamy, stable, off-white head. Sweetish-malty, slightly fruity and a bit grassy aroma of caramel, some nuts and hints of red fruits. Sweetish, slightly malty and bit grassy taste of caramel, red fruits and some nuts, followed by a short, slightly bitter, moderately grassy and a bit yeasty finish. Thin to medium body, smooth and rather effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Nice one, especially for that style!

Many thanks for this beer to Erzengel. Hazy, amber, moderate white head. Light body, crisp, a bite of a carbonation bite. Nose is toast. Taste is a little bready, definitely sweet.

Malzig-mild, sehr frisch. Karamell, moderate Süße, ein Hauch Getreide. Sehr mild weich, süffig mit karamellier und nicht zu süßer Spritzigkeit. Milde Herbe, sehr weich mit mild-muffiger Hefe.
