500mml. bottle as part of the European Secret Santa 2017 edition, many thanks to Erzengel for this bottle. Tasted on the 31/12/2017 at home. Hazy amber colour with a medium foamy white head. Aroma of grains, marzipan, hazelnuts and yeast. Taste is grainy and bready but not fresh. Slightly bitter and oxidized finish. Next one please!

(bottle) Hazy, amber colour with a short off-white foamy head. Yeasty, mildly bready malty aroma with notes of caramel and hints of vegetables. Slightly sweet and mildly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slim yeast-spicy and cara-malty taste with bready and toasty accents, shades of vegetables and herbal hops in the background; slim malty sweet, doughy-tart and delicately toasty malty finish. Bottle 500ml. @ home. [ As Vormann Schwelmer Kirchbräu ].[ Trade by Erzengel ]. Clear matt medium to light amber color with a large, open and frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, caramel, minerals, soured milk notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, caramel, grain, hay, dusty, minerals, nutty notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170110] 5-3-6-3-11

Bottle. Hazy dark orange color with tan head. Aroma is grainy, bready, slightly oxidized (in the nice way). Taste is bready, malty, slightly oxidized again. Medium carbonation. Rustic, nice, and interesting.

Hazy light brown with little white head. Aroma is green stuff, dextrose, brown sugar, nuts. Taste is some brown sugar sweetness, with lots of fruity sourness. Dry finish, woody, slightly phenolic. Not bad.

Many thanks to Erzengel! 50cl bottle. Pours almost clear deep amber colour with a huge most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of red malt, nuts, caramel. Taste of mild roasted red malt, caramel, nuts, mild hops.
