A rich and decadent Salted Caramel Imperial Mild. Well, let me tell you; this beer is only bad luck if you like your milds traditional! What better way to celebrate your birthday than with an oxymoron? Brewed with Caramel, Pink Himalayan Rock Salt and Madagascan American Red Vanilla Pods.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours clear, deep red-brown with a modest, creamy beige head. Big, sweet, plenty of gooey caramel impressions, some dark berries, chocolate, soft roast, minimal bitterness, some brown bread. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish, nominal warmth, a little stickiness, more impressions of caramel, chocolate, raisins, cake, a touch of Dr. Pepper. A rather nice pastry mild. Quite drinkable given the strength.

Can from BeerHeadz, drunk at home. Jet black with a tan head. Aroma and taste are salted malty caramel. Rich smooth body.
