A rich and decadent Salted Caramel Imperial Mild. Well, let me tell you; this beer is only bad luck if you like your milds traditional! What better way to celebrate your birthday than with an oxymoron? Brewed with Caramel, Pink Himalayan Rock Salt and Madagascan American Red Vanilla Pods.

Light brown collar on a rich dark brown body. Malt, boozy & raisin aroma. Medium to full bodied, smooth & soft thinning out to a clean finish. Malts, salted caramel, tangy berry & grape tastes. That's a good one.

Can from Theydon Bois at Hazlemere tasting. The sugar and caramel really come through in the very sweet aroma. Dark. Doesn't reflect light. Foamy beige head recedes. As per the aroma, the caramel also dominates the flavour. Bitter edge. Salty. Medium bodied. Oily. Flat carbonation. Long finish. Sweet stuff.
