Light golden yellow in color, opalescent with a medium-grained persistent head. It immediately releases pleasant scents of peach and apricot and subtle notes of spices.
When sipped, the mouth is filled with light, yet persistent fruity flavors of apricot and peach, which perfectly blend with the delicate citrusy and lactic notes of this sour.
The subtle and lively carbonation makes for a surprisingly drinkable beer: perfect to be enjoyed as an aperitif.

Bottle. Slightly unclear golden body under a moderate sized, short living white head. Light in aroma, mild pale malt, hint of citric fruit, slightly spicy. Taste is light pale malt, mild citric fruit, spicy yeast and actually not much acidity for something labeled sour. Medium body and short aftertaste. I prefer the regular version.
