Mild light carb, lots of muscat grape funk. Delicious acidity level, damn drinkable.

750mL bottle, pours a deep dark burgundy with a small beige head. Aroma is full of intense thorns, grape skins, subtle funk, and some tannins. Flavour is very juicy, with lots of red grapes, pithy thorns, a touch of tannins, and oak. Lots of pithy, thorny grape skins. As is typical with the unblended/non-refermented, this isn't as complex as the blended/refermented ones. Still, very nice.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for sharing this rarities! A) Blend 55: Beer in the glass amber coloured, almost no head. Sourish-woody aroma. Starts milder than exspected, some grapes, some earthy woody notes. More and more sourish. Finish again with fruity notes of berries, grapes, mild bitterness. Sourish aftertaste. Nice one! B) Blend 56: Beer in the glass copper coloured, almost no head. Sourish woody aroma. Starts intense fruity-sourish, notes of grapes, notes of good red wine. Bitter background. Woody-sourish finish, earthy hints. Again sourish. Nice! Both great!

Big thank you to Erzengel for this Blend 56 sample! A darkest red in the glass. Sour fruity grape with wine barrel aroma. Intensive sour fruity taste. Getting more like pale grain in the second. Balanced and slick. Nice.
