This golden ale carries notes of passion fruit and honey in the aroma. A suggestion of biscuit is found in the beer’s varied palate. Brewed with our 2-row barley blend, hopped with Nugget and Hallertau, then fermented on our house yeast, Tripel offers up a complex, yet dry finish.

very nice hazy orange color. aroma is very much full of yeast, with some ripe fruit, in the background. Flavour is very yeasty with some citrus backdrop. lots of banana, and honey and a bit of clove, and a nice feeling on the palate. Carbonation is very nice, really smooth.......very nice beer.

From tap at The Blind Tiger, New York. Aroma is estery yeast with banana, malt, spicy yeast, coriander, ripe fruits, floral suggestions. Medium sweet flavour, light bitter. Body is medium. Smooth and balanced Tripel, really nailed that Belgian yeast character.

On tap at Monk's Cafe. Cloudy golden with large white head. Yeasty, estery, some citrus, ripe fruit, bit spicy, sweetish. Medium bodied.

Hazy golden beer, thick white head. Aroma has bread, a little spice and banana. Flavour has the banana up front too, some citrus zest, bread again, a little spice and a herbal note. Good body, lingering bread and spice, very tasty.

Bottle picked up from Beer Republic webshop Breda Netherlands at home Monday 20th May 2024, sat outside in the garden, we're cooking Omani Mishkak Lamb Kebabs later with Feta and Chorizo Kebabs, Spiced Potatoes and also a Freekah & Tomato accompaniment. Pours glowing yellow with a large white head. Nice nose, there is a little coriander coming through, definitely a little rush of spiciness. Warming in the mouth and despite the abv it drinks far easier than it should, a little mushy tropical fruit with the spiciness in the mouth, a little bitterness and whilst sweet also quite drying. Very nice.
